Common questions
My accessories aren't in the right rooms. Rooms in Apple Home or Home Assistant are matched to your plan by name. Tap the orange note in the sidebar, or open an accessory and pick its room under Room on Plan.
How do I connect Home Assistant? Tap your plan's name at the top of the sidebar, choose Connect Home Assistant, and paste a long-lived access token (Home Assistant → your profile → Security).
Can I control Home Assistant away from home? Yes. Leave an iPad at home with Home.io open and turn on Use This iPad as the Home Hub. Your iPhone then works through your own iCloud, with no network setup.
